Please check your risk management settings to ensure the orders are processed correctly. The reason your order is not processed is because you have exceeded the maximum Short position limit set for this strategy tag. To allow more orders please reset the max Short position in risk management. Watch this tutorial to fix it 

 Note : If you are aware of the Risk management module and have willingly set max short position, no need to do any changes.
